When you buy a new LuXe mobility scooter from any authorised dealer, you can look forward to a full five years of coverage for any and all parts and labour costs incurred by mechanical faults. Batteries aren’t left out either, you get a year’s warranty on those.
The warranty doesn’t start until you actually take physical ownership of your scooter – we won’t try to tie you up in loopholes like that – and it is fully transferrable from one authorised dealer to another. So, if you move during your warranty period, you can take your LuXe support network with you.
