Parts and labour costs are fully covered with your 5-year warranty when it comes to mechanical and electrical components which are defective. Batteries are covered by a one-year parts and labour warranty
Your warranty begins from the point at which the authorised dealer registers the relevant LuXe product as having been sold to you
The LuXe warranty does not cover accidental damage. If you feel that you may require this, we can advise you on third party solutions
Yes, your warranty can be transferred between one authorised dealer and another, subject to you informing both your old and new dealer that you would like to do this, and the necessary administrative work being completed by the two dealerships in conjunction with yourself.
